Child Safety Standards

Pace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Pace is an adults-only service, and these standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to abuse and exploitation of minors.
1. Adults only (18+)
Pace is strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. We require users to confirm they are adults, and any account we identify as belonging to a minor is removed.
2. Zero tolerance & prohibited conduct
We strictly prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the solicitation or sexualisation of minors. Violations result in immediate removal and reporting.
3. Prevention & detection
We combine an 18+ requirement at sign-up, moderation, in-app reporting tools, and account removal. We act on user reports and on signals that suggest a minor is using the service or that a user poses a risk to children.
4. Reporting in the app
Every profile and every message can be reported directly inside the app. Reports are reviewed by our team and actioned, including account suspension or ban where warranted.
5. Reporting abuse to us
Anyone can report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, or any CSAM, to support@pacematch.app. We treat these reports as the highest priority.
6. Action & cooperation with authorities
We remove violating content and accounts, preserve relevant evidence to the extent permitted by law, and report CSAM and related offences to the competent authorities — including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement and reporting hotlines (in France, the PHAROS platform / Point de Contact). We cooperate with lawful investigations.
